In today's product development environment, product life cycles and time to market are becoming shorter.  Hyperion manages all the logistics in supplying custom optical assemblies in the shortest time possible. Hyperion reacts quickly to requests and provides concept designs in short order.  Based on our knowledge of optical shop capacity, we can obtain optical components from vendors with the appropriate balance of quality and speed.  We employ techniques such as diamond turning, soft tooling, and high speed lens manufacturing to make this possible. Once both optics and mechanics are complete, we assemble the systems and verify their performance.  Our in house MTF testing and controlling the assembly process for prototypes is a huge advantage for us and takes weeks off of typical lead times.
